There are two on campus accommodation available within the main campus of Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh
Courtyard Marriott Edinburgh West
This 4-star hotel is located on the main avenue of the University. It is just a few minutes walk from the symposium venue and the main reception of the University.
To book a room, delegates need to access the hotel website and place their room reservations.
We encourage delegates to book rooms early due to the limited availability of rooms at this hotel (and Edinburgh in general) over the summer period.
Paul Stobart Visitor Accommodation
The Paul Stobart Building is a complex of 29 executive ensuite rooms located central to on-site amenities and car parks. The building is located next to the symposium venue and just a short walk from the main University reception. A photo of typical rooms is available here.
The rooms in this accommodation building are suitable for single or double occupancy only. No catering facility is available on the premises. Catering outlets are available on campus and open during weekdays from 8.30 AM. The Marriot Courtyard Hotel also has a restaurant that opens every day.
The check-in time is any time after 2:00 PM and the check-out is by 10:00 AM. Room keys need to be collected at the Main Reception of Heriot-Watt University.
